Our Refund Policy is 100% no refunds. As this is a service first product, we work with you to get you the correct results based on YOUR STATED requirements; therefore, services goods are exempt from being returned.

Our deposit policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or made your deposit, then, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, we will continue to work with you for your completed service based on your stated requirements. If your requirements change we will work to completion and additional cost may be incurred to you.

Within the 30 day period, a partial refund maybe given at our discretion, depending on how much work had been developed. If you are approved in writing by us of a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale services cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are exchanging a service for another is must be done in the 30 day period. Additional cost maybe incurred to you.
